Anand Nagar Sector 1 and Sector 2 is a gated plotted colony at Navada on NH-2, Mathura, developed by Karmyogi Group. The layout is approved by MVDA, and both sectors are registered with UP RERA.

Built for daily life, not just for show.

The layout keeps through-traffic on the wide roads and leaves the inner streets quiet. Most plots are a short walk from a park, and the main avenue is lit end to end with heritage lamp posts and road-stud lighting.

Sector 1 sits along the 18 metre road that leads to NH-2. Sector 2 lies to the west along the 12 metre spine road, closer to the existing road and the school site at the north entrance.
